Hard Money Lenders of Orange County (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") is a lead-generation service operated by Lead Skills, LLC. We connect borrowers with participating hard money lenders who may be able to provide financing. Hard Money Lenders of Orange County is not a lender. We do not make loans, extend credit, take loan applications, issue loan commitments, set rates or terms, or make any credit decisions.

Because we collect nonpublic personal information from individuals who may seek or obtain a loan or other financial product, we treat our handling of that information as subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and its implementing regulations, including the Privacy Rule and the Safeguards Rule. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the Site or submit an inquiry, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Match your inquiry with one or more participating lenders.
• Share your inquiry with those participating lenders so they can evaluate it.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Send service and transactional communications about your inquiry.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and other unlawful activity.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Your Information (GLBA Disclosure)

We share the nonpublic personal information we collect as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

Participating Lenders

When you submit an inquiry, we share your information with one or more participating hard money lenders so that they can evaluate your inquiry and contact you about financing options. A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.

Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage, analytics, email and SMS delivery, fraud prevention, call tracking, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use the information only to perform services for us.

Legal and Safety

We may share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests; to enforce our Terms; to detect or prevent fraud or abuse; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Your Right to Limit Sharing

By submitting an inquiry through the Site, you authorize us to share your information with participating lenders and service providers as described above so that your inquiry can be evaluated. Sharing with participating lenders is the core purpose of the Site; if you do not want your information shared with participating lenders, please do not submit an inquiry.

To opt out of future marketing communications or to request that we no longer contact you:

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Note that opt-out requests directed to us do not automatically opt you out of communications from participating lenders. Each participating lender manages its own communication preferences.

6. Data Security

Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain an information security program that includes administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your nonpublic personal information and to protect against anticipated threats, unauthorized access, and unauthorized use. While we take these safeguards seriously, no security program is perfect, and no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions permitted by law.
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Opt out of marketing phone calls by telling us you do not want to be called.
